WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship to all 50 states! Your package will be shipped using the United States Postal Service.

 

 

You will see several shipping options at checkout, depending how quickly you need your items. Your shipping cost is calculated based on which method you select.

Economy (5-8 business days): $7.99

Standard (3-4 business days): $9.99

Express (1-2 business days): $29.99

 

If your order is $79 or more (after discounts and before tax) you can enjoy FREE Economy shipping when you enter code FREESHIP at checkout!

Local pickup is also an option at our store in Hamburg, NY. When selecting local pick up at checkout, the shipping fee is automatically waved on any size order.

** The Girl Code Club Subscription Box is a flat rate shipping of $5, and both local pick up and the free shipping discount code are not eligible. When signing up for the subscription box, you will want it to be the only item in your cart. If there's other items you want to purchase, we suggest cashing them out in a separate order. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

 

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be packaged and shipped from us within 2-4 business days. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, your delivery date will depend on which method you selected at checkout.

Please include the correct shipping address upon checkout. We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address being entered. If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, there will be a $10.00 re-shipping fee to resend the package to you.

Please note: During sale periods, processing time may be delayed due to an influx of orders. 

For local pick up, you will receive an email when your order is ready! This only takes 2-4 business days. Please check store hours prior to arriving! We are closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and all major holidays. 

** The Girl Code Club subscriptions always ship the first week of the month. 

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY! We do not issue cash/ credit refunds.

Thank you for shopping with us, so sorry that your purchase didn’t work out for you!

No worries though, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receiving your item. You can stop in store during our open hours and we can take care of it for you. For online orders, please email us and we will send you a website code to use for your store credit.

Items must have ALL tags still attached. We may also ask to see the original receipt. 

 

Postage cost to mail your item back to us will be deducted from the store credit you will receive.
